CPR / First Aid: American Heart CPR / First Aid training. All employees are required to be certified in
both CPR and First Aid. The certification for this training is good for two years.
Ethics of Touch: This training is about privacy and respect issues. Video is by Dave Hingsburger. This is different training than Ethics.
Crisis Prevention CPI training gives practical ways to deal with individuals when they are having
& Intervention: behavior problems / crisis. Practicing interventions are a part of this training so attendees must be able to move about and practice restraints.

Is this Abuse / Employees are required to have this training within the first 90 days.
Ten Standards: It has definitions of abuse/neglect and ways to work better with the individuals receiving services.
